Using this Discord bot and server listing means you accept these Terms and our privacy practices. Do not use the service if you disagree.

• 13+ and compliant with Discord Terms.
• Keep your account secure; you are responsible for its use.
• Provide accurate information when submitting listings.

• Submit only bots/servers you own or are authorized to manage.
• Descriptions, media, and links must be accurate, lawful, and non-malicious.
• No spam, phishing, NSFW (where prohibited), or terms-breaking automation.
• We may review, refuse, or remove non-compliant listings or votes.

You own your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it to operate the service. You may remove it; backups may retain residual copies briefly.

• No security breaches, scraping, or disruption.
• No impersonation or misleading affiliation.
• No malware, phishing, or violations of law/Discord policies.

• Discord profile data (username, avatar, discriminator), user IDs, and IDs for listed bots/servers.
• Listing metadata you provide (descriptions, links, tags, media).
• Retention only as needed for the service, legal duties, or disputes.

We may suspend or remove accounts or listings that violate these terms, Discord policies, or legal requirements to protect users and the service.

Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Muzes Team is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Where limits are not permitted, liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.

• No vote manipulation, fake accounts, or incentives that break Discord rules.
• We may reset or remove suspicious votes or reviews.
• Reviews must be honest, lawful, and non-abusive.

• Promoted placements are labeled and may be curated or paid.
• Promotional media must be accurate, non-misleading, and comply with Discord policies.
• We may revoke promoted status for policy or quality violations.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, Discord outages, or third-party issues may impact availability.

Report abuse, infringement, or unsafe listings to support@muzes.xyz. Provide IDs and evidence so we can investigate.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms of Service.
