We are Muzes Team, a community project (not a formal company) operating a Discord bot and server listing. Contact: support@muzes.xyz.

• Discord profile basics: username, discriminator, avatar, user ID (no emails collected).
• Listing data you submit: bot IDs, server IDs, descriptions, tags, links, media.
• Operational logs: submissions, edits, votes, and reviews for anti-abuse.

• To show your listings, votes, and reviews on the site.
• To prevent spam, fraud, and policy abuse (rate limits, audit logs).
• To reply when you contact us about your listing or account.

We keep data only as long as needed to operate the listing, comply with law, or resolve disputes. Backups may briefly retain removed content.

We use reasonable technical and access controls, but no system is perfectly secure. Do not reuse tokens or share credentials.

We rely on Discord APIs/CDN to display avatars and guild data. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord’s terms. We do not sell personal data.

We may use session cookies/local storage for authentication and preferences. Clearing them may sign you out or reset settings.

• You may edit or remove your listings; removed items disappear from public view.
• Contact us to inquire about data we hold for your account.
• Stop using the service to stop further collection (logs may persist briefly).

We log votes/reviews to prevent manipulation and abuse. Suspicious activity may be removed or reset.

Promoted placements are labeled. Promotional assets must be lawful, accurate, and non-misleading; we may revoke promos for violations.

We process data to operate the listing (legitimate interest/contract-like need) and to meet legal obligations. This is a community project, not a formal company.

We may update this policy. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
